Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Our firm handles all types of personal injury cases, including car, truck, and motorcycle accidents, medical malpractice claims, slip and fall injuries, wrongful death cases, work-related injuries, and product liability claims. If you've been injured due to someone else's negligence, contact us for a free consultation.

We work on a contingency fee basis — there are no upfront costs. We only get paid if we successfully recover compensation for you. This allows anyone to access quality legal representation regardless of their financial situation.

Several things set us apart:

  • Direct Attorney Access — You work directly with experienced attorneys, not just paralegals
  • Local Knowledge — Deep knowledge of courts, judges, and insurance practices in three counties
  • Trial Experience — Our reputation as trial attorneys leads to better settlement offers
  • Comprehensive Support — We handle everything from investigation to negotiation to courtroom representation

In Pennsylvania, the statute of limitations for most personal injury claims is two years from the date of injury. Exceptions exist for cases involving minors, claims against government entities, and situations where injuries weren't immediately discoverable. We recommend consulting with an attorney as soon as possible after an injury.
